CCE International 2017 shows latest trends for the corrugated and folding carton industry over the next three days in Munich
From 21 – 23 March 2017 the corrugated and folding carton industry will gather at Munich’s Trade Fair Centre for their specialised industry event CCE International. A total of 150 exhibitors from 23 countries will present raw materials, machines, accessories and services for the production and conversion of corrugated and cartonboard. Major exhibitor countries are Germany, Italy, the Netherlands and Great Britain.
The demand for products made from corrugated and cartonboard is continuously increasing all across the globe. From simple transit packaging to modern POS displays and luxurious gift boxes – corrugated and folding carton products are highly versatile, light-weight, eco-friendly and thus right on trend. With new applications, in particular in the areas of printing and converting, the industry sector is currently seeing a dynamic technological development. The large variety of innovative production and converting solutions which will be presented at CCE International on a net exhibition space of 4,700 m2 offer visitors ideas for new business opportunities in many different industry sectors.
Beside the large number of live demonstrations at the exhibition stands, there are excellent opportunities for exchange of expertise among industry specialists. An open seminar on all three show days will, once again, be held alongside the exhibition, in the presentation area on the show floor. This year’s programme is focussed on the topic ‘Digital Print for Corrugated and Folding Carton’. Experts from leading technology providers provide insight into innovative printing solutions enabling corrugated and folding carton converters to enter new growth markets with an enhanced choice of products. The open seminar is free of charge for all visitors to the exhibition.
Once again, CCE International 2017 is being held alongside the world’s largest paper, film and foil converting exhibition, ICE Europe 2017. The event allows converters and packaging specialists to experience the latest trends in the production and conversion of flexible web-based material first-hand. A total of 429 international exhibitors offer an innovative choice of equipment and solutions. All participants at ICE Europe and CCE International can benefit from visiting both co-located industry events with their tickets.
The exhibitions are accessible from entrance East of the Munich Trade Fair Centre. Opening hours are on the first two show days, 21 – 22 March 2017, from 9:00 – 18:00 and on Thursday, 23 March 2017, from 9:00 – 16:00.
