First the Olympic Games, then the Paralympic Games came to Paris. Now the All4Pack tradeshow attracting people from all over the world to the French capital. The fair takes place from 4 to 7 November. More than 1,000 exhibitors will be presenting their solutions, including Mosca Direct France.

All4Pack is a major international exhibition for the packaging and intralogistics industry. It brings together players from the food, liquids, cosmetics, beauty, luxury, health, pharmaceutical, retail, e-commerce, consumer goods and industrial sectors. For Mosca, the event is a perfect opportunity not only to present its solutions for strapping and wrapping with stretch wrap based on numerous innovations. At booth 5J155 the company will, among other things, present the new battery strapping tool (HUG) and the intelligent TR-Connect strapping machine.

Handy and efficient strapping

The HUG from Mosca straps products effortlessly combining flexibility and efficiency. The strap can be tensioned, sealed and cut at the touch of a button. The touch screen interface allows the user to set up eight different programs and quickly select them when changing products or strap. No matter how large or small, soft or rigid the package, the HUG always adapts to its characteristics.

The TR-Connect, on the other hand, is more technologically advanced. Its integrated WebHMI interface displays various machine performance data. This allows the operator to use the machine even more easily. «The SoniXs TR-Connect is more than just a machine,» says Christian Bésiat, Executive Director of Mosca Direct France. «It can be easily integrated into complex IoT applications. At All4Pack, we will demonstrate how it optimises production processes and equips the industry for the logistics of the future.»

Not only strapping, but also wrapping

Visitors to the Mosca stand can also discover the RO-M Fusion strapping machine. It is the ideal entry-level solution for environmentally friendly and efficient packaging. The machine automatically adapts to the products to ensure optimum strapping.

The Saturn S8 stretch wrapper (manufactured by Mosca subsidiary Movitec) completes the solutions on display. Its high throughput is ideal for just-in-time applications for wrapping pallet loads (e.g. food). The machine can apply vertical cardboard angles to protect each corner before evenly wrapping the load. «Wrapping with stretch wrap adds stability to unstable products. It also provides reliable protection against dust, moisture and various types of damage,» explains Christian Bésiat.
